Another great place to start is the Pearl District Neighborhood Association's website.  By clicking on this link you will be sent to the PDNA website and have the option of joining our newsletter.  Here you will find out the latest happenings and see what is being done about issues that interest you most.  There are a number of different committees to join.  I am a part of the Livability Committee.  Litter, Graffiti, Pet Waste, and noise pollution are a few of the areas we are working on.  We typically meet the 1st and 3rd Monday's of the month 5:30pm at the Prem Building 351 NW 12th Ave, Portland Oregon 97209.
